Photo of the Week: Lake Tahoe Wildlife
Photo of Week is a feature that highlights the work IFAW does around the world everyday to rescue orphaned, injured, or mistreated animals.
Fires burnt more than 3,100 acres across prime black bear habitat and displaced wildlife across the Lake Tahoe region. Dazed and confused animals emerged suffering from burns, mostly to their feet. In addition to bear cubs, affected species include bobcats, coyotes, porcupines, and squirrels. Click here to read more.
IFAW is partnering with the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care to assist in the animal rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned and injured wildlife.

Your donation will go directly into IFAW's Emergency Relief fund, and will be used immediately and where needed most to help the animal victims of our Emergency Relief work around the world.

I would like to be involved in animal rescues. Do you have any positions available?
